Fitness Bootcamp (Archived)
Dynamic Sport & Social Club now provides a supplemental workout for athletes of all levels! Our outdoor fitness bootcamp is specially designed to help individuals reach their own personal goals, whether it's to tone up, lose inches or pounds, increase strength or simply become more active! The workouts combine strength training, cardio, and high intensity interval training and change every week so that your body receives constant variety. The certified trainers of MPowered Bootcamps will guide the twice-a-week sessions and can provide modifications for every exercise to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.
Come join a fun, friendly, and fitness-minded group of individuals and get in great shape for the approaching summer season!
