Flag Football that is both fun and competitive. We play Co-Ed 8 vs. 8 with no-contact blocking, so it is great for guys and gals. There is a minimum of 3 gals on the field and a rule that gals must throw or be thrown to at least 1x per 4 plays so nobody gets left out. Each team gets 8 games plus playoffs, a league shirt, new friends, and after parties at a local watering hole! Come test your skills and re-live your intramural days with us!
